The upgraded version of the K series gas engine produced by Chongqing Cummins has a displacement of 19 liters, 38 liters and 50 liters. It has a high-precision electronic fuel control function, a large calorific value adjustment range, and can quickly adjust the air-fuel ratio. With a thermal efficiency of up to 42%, extremely versatile design, excellent oil consumption, and a ten-year overhaul cycle, this product significantly optimizes the user’s total cost of ownership.
 
The upgraded version of the K series gas engine has a maximum power of 1500kWm; for different gas sources and different application scenarios at home and abroad, the entire series has been expanded and developed with hardware configuration and control strategies, so that the applicable gas source range extends from natural gas and biogas to oilfield associated gas, industrial Tail gas, low-concentration gas, LPG, etc. are also suitable for hydrogen-doped natural gas, and the maximum hydrogen-doped ratio can be up to 20%. It can provide efficient and reliable power generation solutions for oil and gas fields, breeding farms, waste treatment plants and other places.

The upgraded version of the new platform electronically controlled engine launched by Chongqing Cummins includes two series, QSK19 and QSK38. It adopts a new two-stage turbocharger and cooperates with the newly developed Cummins high-pressure common rail fuel system to provide a solid foundation for efficient combustion and provide the engine with a better High power density; among them, the QSK19 series has a maximum power of 801kWm, and the QSK38 series has a maximum power of 1548kWm. The transient response meets the ISO8528 standard G3 level requirements.
 
Based on the adaptive design and development for actual application scenarios, the reliability and durability of each engine system have been greatly improved, and the oil change interval has been further extended. The intelligent environmental parameter detection and control of the engine ensures that the engine can maintain better performance in different environments. It is worth mentioning that the products are customized and developed for plateau application scenarios. After passing the extremely stringent 5,000-meter high altitude test, the QSK19 series can output 720kWe at full load at 4,000 meters, and the QSK38 series can output 1,408kWe at full load at 3,500 meters. Its excellent loading and transient response capabilities have been verified, further expanding the segmented application fields.
